Pleated and printed mesh skirt.  Elastic waist band, pull on skirt.  This is a maxi skirt on even a tall person.  The mesh could easily be cut if you need to shorten the skirt - up to the length of the lining which hits below the knee.  The print is a floral motif.  The size is controlled by the waist - so size up or stay true.
